I'm glad you're doing this change Google Groups and Google Product Forums are both Terrible platforms for Q/A. I hope more Google teams followed the same pattern. I'm a TC on Google Analytics Forums and I'm overwhelmed how bad the experience is now that we moved to Google Product Forums. I think you guys should create the Google SE site, just ike the one they have for android, apple and Ubuntu. I'd love to see that.
